Video leads deputies to suspect

OTHELLO — A local man was in the Frankly County Jail on Monday, Feb. 12, after attempting to elude law enforcement officers in a side-by-side off-road vehicle.

Tyler R. Fegert, 23, of Othello, is facing charges of eluding, driving while under the influence and two counts hit-and-run.

According to the Adams County Sheriff’s office, deputies attempted to stop a side-by-side at about 3 a.m. Sunday morning, Feb. 11.
