PUBLIC NOTICE

The town of Washtucna is offering

for lease by sealed bid

a parcel of land containing approximately

fifteen (15) acres

located in S.33, T.15n, R15N,

R.36 EWM. The property has

a center pivot used to apply

effluent from the town’s sewer

systems lagoons when necessary.

The property has a metal,

open-faced 30’x40’ building for

use by successful bid holders.

The property must be used for

Vegetative Management with

Livestock. No potable water is

at the site. The duration of the

lease is ten (10) years. The

minimum bid is twenty dollars

($20) per month ($240) annually

with a two percent (2%) annual

escalator payable at the onset of

the lease and annually thereafter

the anniversary date of the lease.

The repair and maintenance of

the fence is the leesees responsibility.

The town retains the

right to enter the property when

determined necessary. The

sealed bids will be opened at a

regular meeting of the council

as the first item of old business

on March 13, 2024, at 6:00pm.
