APPOINTMENT

Notice is hereby given, pursuant

to the laws of the State of Washington,

RCW 17.10; that there

is currently a Board Member

vacancy for District 1 and 4. This

is a four year term.

Application forms are available

at the Adams County Noxious

Weed Control Board office, 114

E Main Ave, Ritzville, WA 99169.

call (509) 659-1806 between the

hours of 6:30 AM and 5:00 PM

Monday through Thursday.

District 1: That area of the county

located North of Highway I-90.

District 4: That area of the county

located east of Highway 395,

south of Providence Road to

SR 261, east of SR 261 from

Providence Road to Ralston-

Benge and the area south of

Ralston-Benge and Benge-

Winona Roads.

The Weed Board will hold a

hearing to determine the most

qualified candidates and these

names will be submitted to the

Adams County Commissioners

for Appointment.

Interested persons residing in

these sections must make a

written application that includes

the signatures of at least ten

(10) registered voters residing

in the section supporting the

nomination to the Adams County

Noxious Weed Control Board.

All applications are due at the

ACNWCB office by 5:00 PM

on February 13, 2024. By order

of the Adams County Noxious

Weed Control Board of the State

of Washington dated this 10th
