PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC

HEARING & SEPA DETERMINATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN

that the Planning Commission

of Adams County will conduct

a public hearing on February

22, at 10 a.m., at the Adams

County Cedar St Complex located

at 445 E. Cedar Blvd,

Suite A, Othello, to consider

proposed amendments to Title

16 “Subdivisions” of the Adams

County Code. The proposed

revision includes organizational

changes, regulatory changes,

process improvements, clarifications

and expanded detail, and

consistency and improvements

to grammar.

All interested persons may appear

and present any support for

or objections to the application.

Written comments are accepted

prior to the public hearing to the

staff contact below.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN

that said proposal has been

reviewed under the requirements

of the State Environmental Policy

Act, as amended, along with the

Environmental Checklist and

other information. A determination

has been made as to the

environmental impacts of the

proposal and a Determination

of Non-Significance (DNS) has

been issued. Accordingly, an Environmental

Impact Statement is

not required. This determination

was made on January 17, 2024

and comments regarding the

determination and the environmental

impacts of the proposal

can be made to the County by

January 31, 2024. Send comments
