FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER

OF WATER RIGHT UNDER

ONE (1) GROUND WATER

CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE:

That Michele Kiesz of Patty

Kagele Farms Inc. of Ritzville,

WA, has made application for

change/transfer of water right

in order to change a portion of

the place of use and add points

of withdrawal as granted under

Ground Water Certificate No.

3335-A with certificate of change

CV1-3P7.

That 3335-A with certificate of

change CV1-3P7 authorizes the

withdrawal of 600 gallons per

minute, 640-acre feet per year

for the irrigation of 160 acres.

That the authorized point of withdrawal

is from two wells located

within the 1) N½ of Section 4 and

2) SE¼NW¼ of Section 3, both

within T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.,

Adams County, WA.

That the authorized place of use

is located within the N½, Section

4, T. 18 N. R. 31 E.W.M.,

except the north 660 feet thereof,

and except the south 660 feet

thereof, Adams County, WA.

That they propose to add a point

of withdrawal to the N½ of Section

4 (no well proposed), within

T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M., Adams

County, WA. The two original

wells will be retained with the

original place of use.

That they propose to change a

portion of the place of use to

the north 660 feet of the N½ of

Section 4, T. 18 N., R. 31 E.W.M.

They propose to retain a portion

in the original place of use.

All within Adams County, Washington.

Protests or objections to approval

of this application must

include a detailed statement of

the basis for objections; protests

must be accompanied by a

fifty-($50.00) dollar recording fee

and filed with the Department of

Ecology, at the address shown

below, within thirty (30) days from

January 17, 2024).
