In the championship bout, however, she was pinned by Abigail Itveldt of Gonzaga Prep in 3:22 to finish second, and bring home a silver medal.

At Winter Cup, Klewin opened with a bye and then pinned Cassidy Hernandez of Southridge in 1:11 to reach the semifinals.

In the semifinals, she faced senior Emma Villa of Royal, who pinned her in 1:41.

But Klewin won her first bout in the wrestlebacks, pinning Grandview's Surielah Almazan in 4:57 to reach the match for third-place.
