DETERMINATION
FOR WILLIAMS LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT
The City of Ritzville has published
the following administrative
determination notice for a
lot line adjustment.
Applicant:
Bernie and Dawn Williams
Project Description: Comb i n e
lots 6 and 7, Block 15, Clodius
Suburb.
Application Date: October 5,
2023
Project Location: 1109 N Hickory
Ave, Ritzville
Comprehensive Plan: Parcel
and lots will remain in the High
Density Residential (R-3).Review Authority: Pu r s u a n t
to the Ritzville Municipal Code,
Type I Administrative Review,
the administrator may approve,
approve with conditions, or deny
Type I applications, subject to the
notice and appeal requirements
of RCC 11.245.070.
Notice of Appeal: Pu r s u a n t
to RCC 11.255, the action is
final unless an appeal is filed by
January 10, 2024. The notice of
appeal to Ritzville City Council
shall contain a concise statement
identifying the decision
being appealed, the name and
address of the appellant, the
specific reasons for the appeal
(the appellant shall bear the
burden of proving why the decision
is inappropriate), and the
desired outcome or changes to
the decision. The fee for filing an
appeal is $110. Affected property
owners may request a change
in valuation for property tax
purposes notwithstanding any
program of revaluation. During
this period the notice of appeal
may be submitted to the Clerk-
Treasurer. The file may be examined
by appointment between
the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm,
Monday through Friday (except
holidays) at Ritzville City Hall,
216 E. Main, Ritzville, Washington.
