Eagles defeat
Broncos
The St. John-Endicott Eagles took on the Ritzville Broncos at Gilson Gym on Dec. 1 and came up the 60-50 winners of the non-league game. “This was an excellent opponent for the first game of the year,” said Bronco Coach Dwight Pflugrath. “Besides having three players that can score a lot of points, they play some of the best defense that we will face all season.
“I felt our kids did a great job. With one player out and Dustan Arlt spraining an ankle in the first half, we know we should be better next time we face them.”
