OF ORDINANCE 23-06

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING

RATES TO BE CHARGED FOR

THE USE OF WATER FURNISHED

BY THE TOWN OF

LIND AND AMENDING SECTION

ONE OF ORDINANCE

22-02 AS IT PERTAINS TO

MONTHLY WATER SERVICE

RATES.

Section One: That beginning

January 1, 2024, the Town of

Lind shall increase the basic

monthly water service rate for all

users by one and seventy-three

hundredths percent (1.73%) and

rounded as Council decision, on

the 1st day of January each year

thereafter.

For monthly billings the water

service charge shall be in accordance
