Back on the Court

CONNELL - The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague boys and girls basketball teams hit the court for a preseason tuneup Monday night at the Connell Jamboree.

Boys and girls varsity and junior varsity teams from Connell, Lind-Ritzville and Quincy were on the court. The jamboree featured a round-robin style setup with each team playing 10 minutes against the others.

The Bronco boys won their opener, 24-10 over Connell, then lost their closer to Quincy, 23-16.

The Bronco girls, too, won their opener, topping the Connell Eagles, 25-5.

The jamboree was the final tuneup before season play.
