TAKE NOTICE:

That John Hyer of Moses Lake,

WA, has made application for

SEASONAL change/transfer of

water right in

order to change a portion of the

place of use and add/change

the point of withdrawal as granted

under

Ground Water Certificate No.

G3-00214.

That G3-00214 authorizes the

withdrawal of 700 gallons per

minute, 665.25-acre feet per

year, from

February 1 to October 31, each

year, for the agricultural irrigation

of 266.1 acres and 2-acre

feet per year,

continuously, each year, for

domestic supply.

That authorized point of withdrawal

That the authorized place of use

is 266.1 acres in the Section 1,

That he proposes to change

the point of withdrawal to three
