OTHELLO – A local man was arrested after allegedly exploiting an 11-year-old girl sexually.

Andres Burgos-Silva, 23, of Othello, is facing charges of sexual exploitation of a minor, second-degree extortion, communication with a minor for immoral purposes, first-degree dealing in depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, first-degree possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct and first degree attempted possession of depictions of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Burgos-Silva is being held in the Franklin County Jail.
