public hearing at 10:00 a.m.

on November 28th, 2023 at the

Cedar St Complex conference

room, located at 445 E Cedar

St, Suite A, Othello, WA 99344.

If this date changes it will be

posted in the Ritzville Journal

at least 10 days prior to the new

date if changed. This hearing

is in relation to the SEPA and

CUP application for a new Cell

Tower proposal to be located off

of Lucy Road between Hwy 26

and Cunningham Rd. You may
