FOR CHANGE/TRANSFER
OF WATER RIGHT UNDER
THREE (3) GROUND WATER
CERTIFICATES
TAKE NOTICE:
That Stephen J. Delorme of Ritzville,
WA, has made application
for change/transfer of water right
in order to add additional acres
as granted under Superseding
Ground Water Certificate Nos.
G3-26286, G3-27126 and G3-
27872.
That Superseding Ground Water
Certificate No. G3-26286 authorizes
50 gallons per minute,
25-acre feet per year, each year,
for the seasonal irrigation of
10 acres; 2-acre feet per year,
continuously, for domestic supply
water.
That Superseding Ground Water
Certificate No. G3-27126 authorizes
100 gallons per minute,
25-acre feet per year, each year,
for the seasonal irrigation of 10
acres; 1 acre foot per year, continuously,
for stock water.
That Superseding Ground Water
Certificate No. G3-27872 authorizes
300 gallons per minute,
100-acre feet per year, each
year, for the seasonal irrigation
of 40 acres.
That the authorized points of
withdrawal are from two wells
located within the SE¼SE¼ of
Section 33,
T. 19 N., R. 36 E.W.M.
That the authorized place of use
is located within the SE¼SE¼
of Section 33, T. 19 N., R. 36
E.W.M., Adams County, WA
described as follows: Beginning
at the Southeast corner of said
Section 33; thence North along
the East line said Section 956.5
feet; thence at right angles West
956.5 feet; thence at right angles
South 956.5 feet; thence at right
angles East 956.5 feet to the
point of beginning.
That he proposes to add additional
acres within the SE¼
of Section 33, T. 19 N., R. 36
E.W.M.
All within Adams County, Washington.

of this application must include
a detailed statement of the basis
for objections; protests must be
accompanied by a fifty-($50.00)
dollar recording fee and filed with
the Department of Ecology, at
the address shown below, within
