RITZVILLE — Ritzville Adams County Journal reporter Dale Brown will be among the Free Press Publishing staffers to be

recognized in October during the Better Newspaper Contest awards gala.

Brown will be joined by journalist and relative Byrne Bennett of Reardan, who writes primarily for the Lincoln County Record-Times, in receiving an award.

But they are not the only Free Press Publishing staffers to be receiving awards.

From the Cheney Free Press, graphic artist John Myers, sports journalist Paul Delaney and Owner/Publisher Roger Harnack will be receiving awards.
