TEMPORARY LEGAL SPEED

LIMIT REDUCTION

Limits of Speed Reduction

Interstate 90 from MP 218.62 to

MP 231.82

Per Secretary’s Executive Order

E 1060.03, the Washington State

Department of Transportation

will be temporarily reducing

the speed limit on Interstate 90

between Milepost 218.62 and

Milepost 2331.82 from 70 MPH

down to 55 near Ritzville with a

40 MPH advisory speed during

paving and bridge deck repairs.

The temporary work zone speed

limit change is being requested

because of the lane shifts and/

or the lane and shoulder widths

being reduced during paving

operations....
