of Warden, WA on June 1, 2023,

filed Water Right Application No.

CG3-01099C, to change groundwater,

certificate G3-01099 with

a priority date of

March 1, 1968. Certificated

quantities are 400 gallons a

minute, 374.0-acre feet per year,

from April 1 to October 31, each

year, for the irrigation of 480

acres; 2.0-acre feet per year,

continuously for domestic supply.

Change point(s) of withdrawal:

The certificated point(s) of withdrawal

are located within the

County. The proposed point of

withdrawal (no well proposed) is

located within the NW¼ Section
