Curtis Meilke, 82, passed away on July 6, 2023. Curtis graduated from Lind High School, in 1958, and lived in Lind and Spokane his entire life except for a two year posting, in Chicago, with the US Army. Curtis had a kind and generous heart and looked after his parents Godfrey and Mina Meilke until their passing. He enjoyed traveling, local history and chatting about his adventures, folklore and the places he had been.
