The following questions were answered by candidates in 100 words or less. We do not edit the answers, other than to enforce the word limit.

Question 1: What steps would you take to encourage new development in Ritzville? In 1986, I told the Ritzville, and the Adams County Commissioners I would bring the largest economic development and jobs project to Adams County in its history. In 1988 I negotiated a “Joint Venture with Waste Management to apply for the Original Seattle Long Haul Contract”. I negotiated “Free Transportation and Disposal of Adams County’s Waste for PERPUTUITY and a Multi-Million Dollar Tip page Fee per ton to ADAMS COUNTY”.

In “1990 We Jointly Succeeded at being awarded the Original 37 Year Seattle Disposal Contract”. Waste Management “OWES ADAMS COUNTY MILLIONS OF DOLLARS” & “I CAN COLLECT WITHOUT LITIGATION”

Question 2: What steps would you take to ensure that the city hires reliable contractors for public service projects such as wells, roundabouts, etc? We will use “Due Diligence” in hiring all future employees and contractors for all public projects. I contacted Julie Flyck about Annexation of new properties. There are “Legal Methods available to the City Council” to help “Expansion for the Maverick Truck Stop and also help the New Housing Subdivision Project”! I am retired and have a lot of free time to help on all issues facing Ritzville. I will be the “Strongest Economic Development & Jobs Advocate Mayor Ritzville”! There is over “150 Million Dollars & Union Jobs available to Ritzville” if the Council supports My Promotion Plans!
