NOTICE OF VARIANCE

DECISION

Notice was given and a public

hearing was held in front of

the Planning Commission on

Wednesday, July 12, 2023, as

required by Ritzville Municipal

Code, variance chapter 11.195

for a sign variance application

submitted by Maverik, Inc, parcel

no. 1935231020002. The

Planning Commission granted

a variance to Maverik for a

mid-rise sign (175.87 sq ft) and

hi-rise (721 sq ft) pole signs.

This decision will become final

ten (10) days after publication

of notice on July 28, 2023, unless

an appeal is filed with the

Adams County Superior Court

before then.
