NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant

to RCW 28A.505.050 and

RCW 28A.505.060, that the

Board of Directors (the “Boards”)

of Lind School District No. 158,

and Ritzville School District No.

160-67, both in Adams County,

Washington (the “Districts”)

will hold a regular meeting on

July 24, 2023, commencing
