SALE OF SURPLUS

PROPERTY

Adams County Public Hospital

District #2 is seeking sealed

bids for the sale and removal of

surplus property. All bids must

be received by 3 p.m. on June

28, 2023 at EARH, 903 S Adams

St, Ritzville, WA 99169 at which

time they will be opened. Bids

received after this date and time

will be returned unopened to the

bidder. Items for sale include

a 2005 Chevrolet Venture Van

(starting bid $1500.00), a 2004

Dodge Ram 1500 Double Cab

4x4 (starting bid $1,000.00),

and a 2003 Ford Van E450

Super Duty Bus (starting bid

$3,500.00).

Items offered for sale, unless

otherwise noted, may be viewed

on June 26, 2023 between the

hours of 8 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

at 506 S Jackson St in Ritzville.

You must call 509-659-5415

prior to that date to make an

appointment. The vehicles are

held on a secured site. UNDER

NO CIRCUMSTANCES will

any bidder be allowed onto the

site to inspect items offered for

sale prior to the viewing date

and time.

Each submitted bid should be in

a sealed envelope marked, East

Adams Rural Healthcare, Submission:

Sale of Surplus Property,

with the due date clearly

marked. If mailed, the bid submission

should be in a similarly

marked separate sealed envelope

to protect against the bid

being opened in error. Please

include with your bid, your name

and contact information. Bids

will be opened publicly at East

Adams Rural Healthcare in the

conference room at 3:00 p.m.

on Wednesday, June 28, 2023.

If bid winner is not present, you

will be contacted on Thursday,

June 29, 2023. East Adams

Rural Healthcare reserves the

right to reject any and all bids if

deemed to be in the best interest

of the district.
