required by Ritzville Municipal

Code, variance chapter 11.195

for a shop variance application

submitted by Chris and Christina

Wyatt at 408 S Adams Street.

The Planning Commission

granted a variance to Chris and

Christina Wyatt at 408 S Adams

Street for a detached shop to be

sited with the current side street

access. The variance request

for the shop height over 20 feet

and less than 5 feet rear setback

was not approved. This decision
