Sophomore J.P. McAnally of Lind-Ritzville/Sprague runs to a 33rd place finish in the boys 3,200-meter with a time of 11:51.07, a personal record for the local athlete.
CHENEY – The boys and girls track teams from Lind-Ritzville/Sprague and St. John-Endicott/LaCrosse came up short Saturday competing at the competitive Van Kuren Invite at Cheney High School.
The St. John-Endicott girls team tied for 26th with the much larger schools of Priest River-LaManna and Othello with just 3 team points. The Bronco girls didn't score any team points.
In boys competition, Lind-Ritzville finished tied with Selkirk with 3 points; the Eagles were 32nd overall with 1 point.
