Rolland Armstrong, 87, passed away on March 18, 2023. He was born Oct. 31, 1935 to Frank and Velma Armstrong in Spokane, Wash. Rolland grew up with his siblings Arlie, Alden, and Carolyn and graduated in 1953 from Rogers High School. After attending Anderson University in Indiana and a stint in the Army, he finished his teaching degree at Whitworth.
