Boys drop four road games

Broncos fall to Colfax and Asotin

ASOTIN - The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague boys baseball team struggled on the diamond last week, losing two games to both Asotin and Colfax.

The Asotin Panthers won the Saturday, April 1, doubleheader games 10-0 and15-5, against the visiting Broncos.

The Lind-Ritzville losses came on the heels of the Wednesday, March 29 doubleheader losses on the road to the Colfax Bulldogs, 10-0 and 12-2.

Further information was not provided from Asotin.

In Colfax, the Bulldogs had 20 hits in the opener. And Colfax pitcher J.P. Wigen only allowed 4 hits and 1 walk. He also posted 9 strikeouts before being relie...
