COLBERT — The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague boys baseball team fell in a doubleheader Saturday, March 27, to Northwest Christian.
The Crusaders edged the Broncos, 3-2, in the opening game and won the second game, 14-1.
In Game 1, the Crusaders had 7 hits to the Broncos’ 4. Each team had one error.
For the Broncos, Brock Kinch had two hits, and Brody Boness and Jayce Kelly each had one.
In the closing game, the Broncos only had two hits.
The Broncos travel to Colfax on Wednesday, March 29, for a doubleheader; games are schedule for 2 p.m. and 4 p.m.
