Loose dog and erratically driven vehicle reported in the 2300 block of North Bob Lee Road, Othello.

Jorge Quevedo, 29, first-degree burglary-domestic violence, second-degree robbery-domestic violence, interfering with a domestic violence report, and three counts of fourth-degree assault-domestic violence.
