NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Adams County Commissioners will conduct a public

hearing on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at 1:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter, in Room 202 of the Adams

County Courthouse, 210 W. Broadway, Ritzville, Washington, for the purpose of receiving comments
