NOTICE OF APPLICATION & SEPA Threshold DeterminationPursuant to RCW 43.21C.080, notice is hereby given that Ad-ams County did on November 23, 2022 make a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS), for the following application pro-posed Sand Slope Acers Potato Storage Facility, Agent Teton West of Wa, LLC, 723 E. Karch-er Rd, NAPA, Idaho, 83687. The project includes: The construc-tion of an approximately 55,000 sqft building. The project will disturb approximately 75,000 sq ft of additional area, includ-ing grading, temporary stock piling and back filling excavated materials. Most of this area will be graveled for access, parking etc. The project also includes minor sloping of the site direct storm water from all impervious surfaces to an evaporation de-pression capable of maintaining a 100-year storm event. The parcel is located The project is located in Section 28, Town-ship 16 North, Range 07, FU 256, BLK 87. in Adams County, on the Northeast Corner of county parcel # 2100872560100 on Barton Road. Pursuant to WAC 197-11-340(2), Adams County will not act on this proposal for 14 days from November 23, 2022.
