Grand Marshal Barbara Freese Jolly
RITZVILLE – Local resident Barbara Freese Jolly will preside over this year's Ritzville Community Parade as grand marshal.
Jolly, 87, has been active in local rodeo and 4-H activities for decades.
A former extension agent, she attended Washington State and Colorado State universities.
Outside of agriculture, Jolly is active in genealogy.
