RITZVILLE -- An Idaho motorist suffered a medical emergency and died near Milepost 93 of U.S. Highway 395 late July 25.

Kyle W. Dreher, 41, of Hayden, Idaho, was pronounced dead at East Adams Rural Healthcare, according the Washington State Patrol. His family was notified of his death by the hospital.

Dreher had a medical emergency at about 9:55 p.m. Thursday, July 25, while southbound on the highway, the patrol reported.
