Deputy Jesus Montes of Othello has graduated from the Washington State Police Academy in Burien. With graduation, Montes is expected to be on patrol as a new member of the Adams County Sheriff's Office ranks. He grew up in Othello and is a U.S. Air Force veteran, Sheriff Dale Wagner said.
