Herbert Hoover Janzen, 93, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022 in Cheney, Wash. after a long and wonderful life serving his Lord and Savior. He was born Nov. 13, 1928 in New York to parents Mary Dirks and Peter Martin Janzen. He married the love of his life, Terry Grimmesey on June 19, 1948 in Lordsburg, NM. God blessed them with just shy of 74 years together. They raised six children: Ronald Janzen, Christina Smith, Debi (Tom) Balfe, Orris (Teresa) Janzen, Leslie (Carolyn) Janzen, and Maria Janzen.
