Broncos split with Colfax

Colfax wins first game 14-6, losing 6-5 in the second

RITZVILLE – The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna Bronco boys baseball team wrapped up the regular season splitting a doubleheader with the Colfax Bulldogs on Friday, May 6.

The games originally scheduled for Thursday, May 5, were postponed due to rain.

In the first game, the Broncos were beaten 14 - 6 by Colfax. Ryan Henning had three RBIs for the Bulldogs.

In the second game, the Broncos scored 6 runs in 4 innings and held on for a 6-5 win.

Chase Galbreath went 2-for-3, with two runs scored and two RBIs for the Broncos. The team ended the regular season with a record of 9 wins an...
