LIND – A local man has been sentenced after pleading guilty Monday, Jan. 3, in a domestic violence case.

Charles William Rushing, 46, appeared in Adams County Superior Court in Ritzville and pleaded guilty to charges of protection order violation-domestic violence and third-degree assault on a law enforcement officer, records show.

The charges stem from an arrest by Adams County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Washington State Patrol troopers on Dec. 14 in Lind, records show.
