RITZVILLE — Pavement markings will be installed on Highway 395 this afternoon, May 12, from 12:40 p.m. until about 3 p.m. There will be lane closures while the recessed markers are installed, between milepost 65 and milepost 70. Spokane Regional Traffic Management Center advises travelers to expect slow-moving traffic and short delays up to five minutes.
