Adams County joins Voluntary Stewardship Program
RITZVILLE – Adams County, along with 27 other counties, has enrolled in the Voluntary Stewardship Program (VSP) to protect fragile and/or hazardous natural resources – referred to as “critical areas,” while ensuring agricultural viability.
“This is a collaborative process that helps Washington communities ensure healthy landscapes and strong farms today and for the future,” Eric Bell of the Adams County Noxious Weed Board said Jan. 14.
