Claassen on Dean’s List

Lauren Ashley Claassen of LaCrosse was named to the Dean’s Academic Honor List at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, for the spring 2020 semester. Claassen is enrolled in the School of Education at Baylor University, a private Christian University. Students on the Dean’s List are undergraduates with a minimum semester grade point average of 3.7 with no grade lower than a “C” while enrolled in a minimum of 12 graded semester hours.

RITZVILLE – The H.E. Gritman Senior Center is serving the following:

Aug. 5: Chicken strips, fries and coleslaw.

Aug. 6: BBQ beef on bun, baked beans and veggies.

Aug. 10: Fish and fries, and pea salad.

Aug. 11: Kielbasa with peppers and potatoes and veggies.

Aug. 12: Chicken enchiladas, Spanish rice and vegie.

LIND – The Lind Senior Center is serving the following:

Aug. 5: BBQ ribs, baked potato, coleslaw,

garlic bread and dessert.

Aug. 6: Chicken divan with broccoli, rice, garden salad, garlic bread and fruit salad.

Aug. 7: Meat loaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, zucchini casserole, bread and dessert.

Aug. 10: Grilled crab and cheese, tomato soup, relish tray and dessert.

Aug. 12: Chicken Alfredo, garden salad, green beans, garlic bread and dessert.
