Caring Neighbors makes donation to Ritzville Food Pantry, other local orgs

Caring Neighbors board member Dale Anderson presents a check for $2,000 to Ritzville Food Pantry Director Carol Ewing. Caring Neighbors also made donations to other area food banks and local organizations and municipals.

The Caring Neighbors board donated $2,000 to the Ritzville Food Pantry, it announced in a press release on Dec. 11.

The donated money to the Ritzville Food Pantry will be used to help purchase food for families in need. Donations of $440 each were also made to the Othello Food Bank, Connell Food Bank and Basin City Help Services.

In addition to the Food Banks, Caring Neighbors also donated funds to other local 501(c)(3) organizations and municipals, including Friends of Othello Library, Connell Community Float, Lind's Little Peeps Christmas Store, Lind-Ritzville Schools, Othello Cancer Support...
