Washtucna Heritage Museum fundraiser raises over $7,000

Over $7,300 was raised during the Washtucna Heritage Museum Fundraiser that was held on Oct. 12, according to event organizers.

The event was attended by more than 100 people and included a silent auction as well as an extra “Bargain Basement” event. The Baron of Beef meal was cooked by Jeff Miller, and live entertainment was provided by the Old Guys, a Ritzville band.

An ongoing raffle to benefit the museum will be held at the Ritzville Bazaar and the Odessa Bazaar. The final drawing will be held on Dec. 21 at the Washtucna Lions Club Christmas Party.
