City of Ritzville has determined that this proposal will not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. An environmental impact statement (EIS) is not required under RCW 43.21C.030(2)(c). This decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency. This information is available to the public upon request.

This DNS is issued under WAC 197-11-340(2) and the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 14 days from the publish date below. Comments must be submitted by 4 pm on May 21, 2019.

City Council Public Hearing: A hearing has been set before the City Council of the City of Ritzville at the Ritzville City Hall, 216 E Main Avenue, during their regular meeting at 7:10pm on the 21st day of May, 2019. At that time any citizen may appear to give oral or written testimony with respect to the proposed rezone.
