Cecilia Monica Kathleen Talley was born to Errol and Karin Talley of Chicago at Northwestern Memorial Hospital on Dec. 22 at 1:25 p.m.
Cecilia weighed 7 pounds, 8 ounces, and measured 19 inches long.
She joins her older brother Erik at home.
Paternal grandparents are Jerry and Jan Talley of Ritzville and Kathy and Jeff Wallace of Puyallup. Maternal grandparents are Bo and Monica Nilsson of Stockholm, Sweden.
