President forces involuntary contributions

Many Americans were stunned and some offended to learn recently citizens of the United States are obligated by law to pay for the “contraceptive rights” of women. Individual citizens will not get a bill in the mail, but anything one citizen has a right to receive, other citizens have an obligation to provide.

A single individual, President Obama, gave the order through subordinates making clear contraceptive rights of women were to be provided at no cost. It is not certain that the president’s order can or will be reversed. If not reversed, the thousands of IRS agents being hired to enforce ObamaCare will also make certain that those contraceptive rights are paid for by the good citizens of this country via insurance providers.

President Obama chose to provoke a fight with the Roman Catholic Church with regard to his claim contraceptive rights is an obligation of the taxpaying citizen, presumably because he wished to challenge the idea religion or religious beliefs limited the power of the government. There is no constitutional defense here unless the U.S. Supreme Court should surprise us by finding a religious defense of some sort.

Here we have a clear example of legalized theft. If President Obama manages to make good on his order then we will have learned one person may be a sufficient number of citizens to force payment for “good things” upon other citizens. If not one person, the Congress of the United States, a state legislature, or a majority of a quorum of the Ritzville City Council.

What should we call the forced payment for “contraceptive rights” or the forced payment for a skateboard park in Ritzville if not legalized theft? An involuntary contribution?
