Hospital district didn’t need someone to write brand new plan

For brevity let’s assume that Mr. Walker and Ms. Lynch are experts on hospital strategic planning. Wait – with whatever modesty they possess – their claim is experience in “technical writing.” I have to wonder if they really believe that their experience is greater than the person the district hired to lead a district wide planning session for ‘hospital’ strategic planning, someone that has done this many times and in fact does this for a living. I believe the district did the right thing getting input from hospital employees along with community input.
