Lack of action results in current city water system issues

Ritzville can be found at the intersection of Eastern Washington’s two most prominent highways, I-90 and U.S. 395. How is it that a community so blessed by God in its location is a dying town? The answer to this perplexing question can best be understood by focusing on that which is essential for all life to flourish: ample, affordable clean water and safe sewage removal.

Flourishing implies not only sustaining the existing aging population but attracting private sector businesses that would allow our children to have career opportunities in their hometown, as well as attracting newcomers.
