    OTHELLO – Five people were hospitalized late Saturday night, Nov. 25, after the vehicle in which they were riding overturned in icy conditions about four miles west of the city on state Highway 26. The Washington State Patrol identified the injured as Benqi Zhang, 21, Xian Gao, 21, Zherong Qian, 21, Fei Teng, 21, and Yiquin Wang, 22, all of Moscow, Idaho.     RTIZVILLE — Less than one-third of registered voters in Adams County cast ballots in the Nov. 7 general election. According to certified election results filed with the Office of the Secretary of State on Monday, Nov. 28, Voter turnout here was 32.32%. The Adams County Elections Office shows 8,010 registered voters in the county. Only 2,589 returned ballots in the general election, records show.     HATTON – It took three weeks for the declared candidates in the town of Hatton to win their seats, but certified Nov. 7 general election results show they pulled it out – barely. In all of the town’s races, declared candidates with their names on the ballots edged undeclared write-in insurgents by a single vote.
