    Kay M. Meilke, 64, died on March 31 at home on her farm. She was born on Feb. 28, 1950, to parents Helen and Art Meilke. She was brought home to the family farm 11 miles southeast of Lind to joine her brother, Peter Mielke. Kay ran her life race with utter determination, courage, stubbornness, independence and fun.     The gospel quartet FourGiven is returning to Ritzville for a concert on Sunday, April 6, at the Ritzville Church of the Nazarene with the performance beginning at 10:30 a.m. The quartet recently released a new CD at the beginning of February and is still comprised of two of the original members.
