NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Adams County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 202 of the Adams County Courthouse, 210 W. Broadway, Ritzville, Washington, for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following:

ORDINANCE NO. O-01-2025

An Ordinance to repeal and replace the current Board of Adjustment system under Adams County Code 17.84 to a Hearing Examiner system pursuant to RCW 36.70.970.
