TAKE NOTICE:

That Gavin Johnson, G&O Johnson, LLC, of Othello, WA on June 25, 2024, filed Water Right Change Application No. CG3-24450C(B)@2 to transfer the place of use as granted under Groundwater Certificate No. G3-24450C(B).

That Groundwater Certificate No. G3-24450C(B) authorizes the withdrawal of 3253.7 gallons per minute, 1000 acre-feet per year, each year, from February 1 to November 30, for the seasonal irrigation of 400 acres.
